( NEW DAY ) Wednesday Morning Pottery March/April

This is a (NEW) Morning Day Class is for the new to pottery and our returning students.  We have added a 1/2 hour practice time to class then we will work as a small group or individuals using basic techniques & the wheel with demonstrations. Tammy is teaching this NEW  Wednesday  morning pottery wheel class.

• This Pottery Class session we will limit our classes to 8 people

A pottery wheel workshop that allows you to explore the aspects of functional pottery. As a newer potter you will learn threw demos on bowls, mugs, vases and more wheel work. We will work as a small group creating clay art objects and pots using the potter’s wheel and basic techniques for pottery construction. The group will have wheel time and demonstrations. Wednesday Morning Potters will also explore our studio’s stoneware glazing to finish your pottery creations. On average you can expect to make 6 to 10 pots .

Returning students will have instruction focusing on wheel thrown pottery in their class time, personal shelf,  use of tools, studio glazes, and firings. Additional bags of clay and special glazes can be purchased for a fee. Please plan to attend all 6 weeks as pottery wheel pots are a progression. Pottery process, studio policies and scheduling dose not allow for makeups. (additional firing fees may occur after 10 items produced) 

New Student all inclusive Class & Materials Registration Includes class additional demo time, instruction, personal shelf space, firings use of tools, and studio glazes. ** Pottery process and studio scheduling dose not allow for makeups for missed classes. We are a small business pottery studio and we greatly appreciate your understanding. We teach quality pottery construction and craftsmanship ( additional firing fees may occur after 10 items produced)
